Do you regularly wonder about having a bit of space and time to yourself? Time to relax, to feel embodied, time to reflect and time to respond to your needs and deepest intentions.

 

Heart Space is a relaxed, warm and welcoming environment, lead and held by a professional Dance Movement practitioner and psychotherapist.

- Reflection through journaling / art / chat

ARGENTINE TANGO

Improve posture, balance and body/mind connection through Argentine Tango.

Argentine Tango is a beautiful partner dance based on connection and movement dialogue. These lessons aim to explore posture, balance, general body awareness and how to create movement dialogue with a partner.

 

We will learn some footwork though it is important to emphasise that Argentine Tango is a movement language based on improvisation.

 

This is also a great way for couples to explore couple work.

Studies have also shown the benefits of tango for Parkinson’s.

- Posture & Balance exercises

- Connection with partner

- Basic footwork for tango

- Basics of partner dancing

- Creating movement dialogue together

- Tango dance improvisation
